Brittany

In the north west corner of France, Brittany is a region of craggy headlands, sandy beaches, pretty villages and beautiful inland scenery. The Bretons maintain long sea-faring traditions and consequently they produce some superb fish and shellfish dishes. As a gastronomic alternative try some delicious Breton crêpes accompanied by some locally produced cider or chouchen, a drink made from honey.
